  • 1.  Cold transfer error - intermittent

    On cold transfers, the error "Unable to transfer the interaction. Please try again.  If the issue persists, contact support." pops up intermittently for multiple agents across the call center.  Usually works on the 2nd try to transfer, sometimes takes 3 attempts.  What would cause this and how do we make it go away?  Thank you.

    Hello Janet,

    That's a good question. How are you trying to transfer the interactions? Are you trying to transfer the calls using the call controls or are you trying to run this through some other actions?
