Hi all,

I opted in this morning, before we roll out to our agents.

Am I right that there is always this white space to the right, unless you fill it with other tools?

There is no "fit to size" option?

For example, on my monitor, if I have the Script panel at the maximum size, and Wrap Up at Small size (which is all it needs to be), I have a large section of white space where it just says "Select more tools to open". There aren't any more tools I need (usually), so this space is just unused - whereas the script would benefit from being larger, with text getting wrapped.

I want to expand the size of the script panel (see image) so the whitespace is gone - but I can't?

To address your concerns

Script Behavior – The script panel is a custom-developed component, and its behavior, including responsiveness and sizing, is influenced by how it was designed and implemented. We recommend partnering with the developer of your script to explore potential adjustments to its layout and display within the panel.

White Space and Alternative Adjustments – The reserved white space you're seeing is intentional and designed to accommodate future features that will enhance functionality and customization. However, in the meantime, here are some potential adjustments that may help improve your experience:

• • Screen Resolution Adjustments – Modifying your screen resolution may help optimize the layout and make better use of available space.

  • Browser Zoom Settings – Adjusting the zoom level in your browser may slightly impact the way elements are displayed within the panel.

  • Panel Layout Adjustments – While a "fit to size" option is not currently available, experimenting with different panel configurations and sizes may help balance visibility between tools.

  • Alternate Display Settings – Depending on your workstation setup, adjusting display scaling settings on your operating system might also provide a better fit.

Panel Resizing – At this time, the panel resizing is structured within defined layout configurations. However, we understand the need for more flexibility and will take this feedback into consideration for future iterations of the experience.
