If you want to reduce the logging in MCP, I would suggest to adjust the log level on EXIT block.

    Hi Sachin ,

I did try that , and currently the log level is set as Critical . still it is logging this details.

Please let me know if you have implemented that and is working for you ?

    Hello Gaurav,

I think it wouldn't make any difference if you changed the log level of the block as long as the verbose of MCP logging is set to all.

I think that the project logging is used to set the default logging level on blocks when creating a new project. @Saugort Dario Garcia clarified well the logging available in all modules.

Which log do you want to reduce?

If it are mcp logs, it is done with configuration manager or Genesys administrator at mcp app level. On composer side, each block has the option to output information to mcp logs using attribute log and log level. If it is your case, I suggest you to set log level to warning or info.

If it is composer.log on tomcat/appserver it is controled on log4j.xml file on composer install.

If none of this options suite you, I suggest you open a case with Genesys Support Care.

    Regards,

    SG
