    Hi Support,

    I need guide how to call /api/v2/conversations/calls/${input.conversationId}/participants/${input.participantId} from Data actions.

    Currently Data action giving error: This request requires a user context. Client credentials cannot be used for requests to this resource

    Hi Dimple,

    You should ask this in the Genesys Cloud Developer Forum. You also need to provide what type of request you are using. However this error means you cannot use client credentials so you cannot use a data action. That either means what you are trying to do is not allowed or you need to use a different API.

    Actually my requirement was to call these conversation APIs in Script on button click, so no idea if I can do this without using data actions?
