    Beyond is excited to announce an update to the course Genesys Cloud: WFM - Activity Codes and Work Plans.

    Within this update, we have added a new section called 'Work Plan Assignment' that provides the steps on how to assign work plans. This new feature was released October 14th and is a new configuration object.
