    Has anyone here asked Genesys to create any custom views under Workspace and if so what sort of cost are we looking at? Our COO would like new columns for specific calculations in agent statistics.

    I there something else that people use? Maybe a third party tool to create custom reports?

    A quick look in the AppFoundry gives me the following below. It would be best to take a gander at them yourself to get pricing details. Pretty sure there are other options there and it would be best to link up with your account rep to do a full exploration.
