    Hello Everyone,

    I am inquiring whether anyone has successfully implemented Custom SIP headers for outbound calling with Genesys Cloud. Any insights or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    While I can't speak for how other customers may have implemented this on their end, have you had a chance to look at the following article from the Resource Center? That should help you get a head start. Let me know if that helps!

    You need to use the Get SIP Headers on the inbound, but only UUIData can be sent outbound unless you are doing static entries on the trunk.  These can't really be changed except for possible REGEX replacement on specific information.  There is an idea that is under consideration for dynamic outbound SIP header support.  Vote for the idea and provide a use case:  Adding SIP headers to INVITEs for | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)
