We received an issue from our customer, they said WH62 has an audio delay when it work with WDE. For both inbound and outbound calls, what happens is that after the call is connected, the call is mutually deaf for about 10 - 20 seconds. In that case, the team leader cannot hear the customer and vice versa. Sometimes restarting the WDE helps.
And WH62s work fine with Teams app.
So I begin this discussion.
