Question about Organization Settings: Timeout Minutes
If the Timeout Minutes setting is configured to 15 minutes and an agent takes a 30-minute meal/lunch break, would this period be considered inactivity, resulting in the agent being logged out of Genesys and their status being automatically changed? Additionally, if an agent is On Queue with interactions still being routed to them but forgets to change their status and leaves their workstation, would this time be considered inactivity, causing Genesys to log them out?
Wondering what timeout limit (15,30,60,90) other originations are using and the thought processes behind the chosen timeout limit.
