Hi Community,
for internal purposes we are trying to customize the default Architect Voicemail flow, to find a way to be able to insert custom data, in the body or subject of the email that this flow generates to designated recipients.
Basically: we have an Architect Inbound Voice flow that at some point transfers the call to the Architect Voicemail flow indicating a Group (with some designated users) as the recipient of the voicemail.
Also we were wondering, since in the Architect Voicemail flow it is possible to insert Participant Data, where will they be viewable? Because among those in the voice interaction that first receives the call and then transfers to the Voicemail, they are not present.
