You mentioned random; however, your desired behavior of a very specific distribution and day off set of days per week is not random. Negating the random part, I would say you are explaining a work plan rotation.
Your choices are
1. have work plans that have some/all days optional with a minimum number of scheduled days and minimum rest hours per week and let demand determine distribution of the two consecutive days off - with no guarantees about the distribution of days off over a period of time for any agent (e.g., they might get the same two days off for a few weeks in a row and then suddenly two different sets over the next two weeks)
2. codify the days off in a simple work plan rotation where each of the consecutive days off variant is its own work plan

Subject: Customized Scheduling
Hi Team,
I have a requirement of creating a schedule for the group of agents such that few agents should get SAT&SUN as week off and 2nd set of agents should get MON&TUE week off and the other set should get WED&THU week off.
Like this, the system has to distribute the week offs to all the agents across the week of 7 days from MON till Sunday. Any consecutive 2 days as a week off.
This week off should get rotated randomly to all the agents. Is this possible with Genesys cloud WFM OOB capabilities.
Please let me know if you have any inputs to get this addressed. Thankyou.
Regards,
Rajasekhar
