Currently you can only have one User Status Widget on each Dashboard, and you have to select each user you want added to the list.
It seemed like in the Youtube video about this beta that you could select users by queue, but I don't have that option in my Org.

Thank you Jan and Nikhil! Mine looks different than the video on YouTube which confused me. I really like this view versus the view in Agent Status. On the dashboard, widget for User status, I don't see that I can duplicate this widget. Is that an option? It would be wonderful to have a few so that I can watch each of my team's data. It would also be great if you could filter this section using a work team. (It would be quicker)

I am participating in the Dashboard Beta testing. I watched the YouTube video that was done on this subject and there is demonstration on when creating a new widget, you can choose User Status.... I dont have that as an option. I have Metric, Chart, Text and Web Content only. How do I access the Widget Type User Status?
