i like the new update with dashboard where you can click on the queue to take you to queue performance.
however, i find it times out too quickly. i open the dashboard and leave it for 30 mins sometimes less, current waiting and longest waiting stats go to 0.
1st few times i thought we didnt have calls in queue, but refreshing the dashboard will then show calls in queue.
and then today, i noticed that the longest waiting for all the queues are no longer displaying.
another thing with the new update is that after loading the dashboard and then open an agent in another tab, it will log me out as too many requests were made in short amount of time and in fact all i did was refresh the dashboard and then right click on an agent to open in another tab (im using chrome)
is there something i could do to improve this user experience?

I had to add Longest Waiting again and save the view. I did it once and now see it daily.
Thank you Judith, i just gave that a try. didn't to the trick for me.but it was worth, i found out about the warning feature during the process.i wish it can play a warning tone when going over the threshold tho.
