Usually on a refresh of data in a performance view if you have a lot of information, it can tax any CPU in order to display all the information correctly. It comes down as a huge package that has to be interpreted and displayed. Also, a caching mechanism is in place to allow for pagination of the views. You will see similar with the local CPU, but with usually multiple CPUs on the motherboard or cores, you will not see such an impact. Try giving the sessions for supervisors more CPUs in Citrix.

Subject: Dashboard Usage under Citrix VDI causes very high CPU load
Hi everyone,
during a test setup, we recently saw very high CPU load on one dedicated Citrix server, because certain Genesys Cloud CX users had a couple of dashboards / performance views open.
Did anyone experience similar increases in Citrix host's CPU load related to Genesys Cloud dashboard usage?
Best,
Sebastian
