I have another question regarding the split filters option.
When I have one queue with multiple metrics in a single widget, the split filter option is not available, as shown in the attached screen capture. However, once I remove some of the metrics, the split filter option becomes available.
Is this the expected behavior, allowing the split filter option only on a tile with one metric? I understand that in my example, the click-through will lead to the same page for all metrics, but it feels inefficient to use an entire tile to display just one metric to enable the click-through.

Hello,
I am unable to locate any information regarding a potential enhancement for the Genesys Dashboards. Specifically, I recall reading about a feature that would allow users to click through the data. For instance, if there was a widget displaying the number of calls answered, the user would be able to click on that metric and view the detailed data in the Genesys workspace. Today we can click through at the agent level, but I would like to click through on the queue data.
Could you please confirm whether this feature is in development or provide any additional information about it?
