  • 1.  Data Table Boolean (Turn off/on) and Post Voice Call Survey

    Hello All, 

    I'm trying to create a data table that will turn off/on post surveys that are in my flows. I have the Boolean set but how do I link the reference key to the post flow object itself?

    Hi,

    Hope I understand the ask here, If you want to update the data table once the post call survey set, you need to use the Genesys API(PUT /api/v2/flows/datatables/{datatableId} ), create the data action for this API and use the data action block to pass the value after the Set Post-Flow block.

    I think you can use a Data Table Lookup to get the status of your boolean then do a Decision node after that to see if it's true or false then set the post flow if true. Otherwise, don't.  Something like below.
