In my experience with other Dialer systems, most DNC list entries are removed after the expiration date.
However, I have DNC lists in Genesys that still have entries long past the listed expiration dates.
How can I "clear" out these entries?
I notice an idea lab suggestion to add the same "clear" button as the one in the Contact List was denied.
Can I use an API or is there a manual process I can use to get rid of expired entries?
