Welcome to the community. It doesnt look like sending images is currently supported, but I found an idea on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab.
I would recommend voting on this idea and adding your use case so that it can be considered by the product management team. Maybe someone else in the community can help with how they have navigated this issue.

I am using the Web Messenger configuration UI provided by Genesys Cloud. While integrating with Dialogflow CX, the messages sent from the bot using custom payloads are not working as expected.
The Genesys documentation only provides examples for buttons, but I need to display static images, URLs, and other rich content formats.
