  • 1.  Did Dial Plans move?

    We are trying to set up a test instance of Genesys.  I haven't had to look at a dial plan in a long time and now I can't find it to set one up.

    Did it move in an update?  It is not under Telephony in the admin menu and none of these permissions are in Genesys when I look. 

    • Outbound > Dialplan > View: Allows viewing of dial plans.
    • Outbound > Dialplan > Add: Allows adding new dial plans.
    • Outbound > Dialplan > Edit: Allows editing existing dial plans.
    • Outbound > Dialplan > Delete: Allows deleting dial plans

    Hello Daniel,

    Could you let me know where you found those permissions? You can see where we have all of the available permissions on this page, clicking the "All permissions" tab.

    If you are looking to do outbound Dialer campaigns, you will want to look at the Outbound Setting section in the Admin tab. If you are trying to make changes to a number plan, you can find that by clicking on one of the Sites in your organization.

    It was number plans.  The instructions I found didn't mention site, it just said number plan was under Telephony.  I was trying to piece it together. lol

    You found what you needed under Site, then? 

    What instructions were you looking at? Something in the Resource Center?
