    Hi Team,

    I am exploring solutions available through our Digital bot for handling user inquiries outside of office hours. Specifically, I am looking into whether there's a way for users to initiate a chat that then converts into a email when contacted after hours.

    Is there a functionality or integration that supports this or any other solutions available?

    This is a good question. I will have to do some digging to see if I can find anything for this specific use case. I'll have to get back to you on this, unless someone from the community can answer this question.

    Hello Phaneedra, 

    So sorry for the delay in response. I have been digging through our app foundry and not come up with anything. At this time it doesn't seem this is currently possible. I would submit an idea to our ideas portal for this though, as I can see the benefits of having a feature like this.
