  • 1.  disconnected call display timeout SF embedded client

    Hi Genesys Community,

    as far as I know the Default value of the timeout of calls that are disconnected to be displayed in the Genesys widget in Salesforce is 2 min, is there any way to change this value:

    Hi Fatim,

    I dont belive this is configurable, but someone with more knowledge of the SF integration will hopefully be able to confirm.

    If its not configurable, then I would recommend raise an idea on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab
