I have an agent who is trying to create a new WorkTeam but cannot see the Division they want to create the WorkTeam in on the drop down when they try to create the WorkTeam.

I have checked and they have access to ALL of the divisions in the Org and have a role which has ALL of the WorkTeam permissions in order to create, edit, delete the WorkTeam.

I have searched through all of the documentation on the Resource Centre but cannot find anything which specifically mentions how to ensure that the division is visible in the drop down. Does this need to be configured from somewhere else ?.

As per the note in Create a work team: The Create Work team permission is Division aware. You can create work teams only for divisions where you have the Create Work team permission. Team members must belong to the same division.

If you are sure the user has all the correct permissions, then I would capture Network and Console logs when they load the view and create a case with customer care, also providing the the affected userID.

I cannot get the network or console logs as the division does not appear in the drop down at all.

I have tested this with my own profile which I have access to ALL divisions and cannot see the option in the drop down.
