I'm trying to create dashboards for our clients but since Genesys limits my total of dashboards to 20, our plan was to have the supervisors duplicate mine. Unfortunately, we've run into several issues where our supervisor, who on paper should have the proper permissions, are either getting a permission error or the option is just nothing happens (I think windows is blocking the error message.) Attached is the error message they are seeing and the permission they have.

I've been trying to create custom permissions but the only success we've had is giving the supervisor rights to every division under our umbrella (which we don't want)

What are the limitations for users to duplicate dashboards with the proper permissions? What permission do supervisor need to be able to duplicate any public dashboard? Is it division specific?

Note: The supervisor is in a different division than I am

Role and Divisions are tricky.  You will have to grant that role in your division or vice versus depending on where the dashboard is. That is done on the individual user level for that role.  This kind of explains this: Assign roles, divisions, licenses, and add-ons - Genesys Cloud Resource Center
