I can't add Email to BCC Recipients when configuring Email. I filled my email address in the BCC Recipients text box but after saving the information it disappeared. Can you help?
This community is dedicated to the PureConnect product line and it looks from the screenshot that you are working with Genesys Cloud CX. May I suggest you head over to that forum to ask? You will probably have more luck ;-)
