    @Bruce Lewis, I am not sure why the other thread was closed and not allowing replies, but I did check on the 10 and it is a hard limit at this time.  @Jody Nabuurs, do you know if that will be something customers can request to raise?

    Yes, it is a 7 calendar day limit, but I can see where a trigger could be fired at that end of that and a workflow manipulating the end time.

    I have reopened the thread so you can also reply there as I see you are also responding to Kathryn's thread as well. 

    I believe it was closed as so Bruce could open a new thread and keep the conversations separate so its easier to search for. But I have checked internally as well and 10 is the hard limit and at this time it cannot be raised. It might be a future feature if the need is there for customers.

    Please note we already have this enhancement idea Allow administrator to configure max park duration by org and queue CECC-I-1292.
    In addition, there is a list of park email enhancement ideas listed on Idea Portal - DIG-I-19 Park parking of the Admin Response.
