When replying or replying all to a email in the interaction desktop the full thread does not appear. Only when forwarding does the entire conversation thread appear for user. In the EWS connector logs it only shows the previous message that was responded to. Only the forwarding is when we can see the full thread in the logs.
Is there been a change that causes email thread for reply or reply all to not show the full email thread?
