  • 1.  Embedding a microsoft Form in Script page

I'm having trouble embedding a Microsoft Form in a script page. The form requires you to be logged into our microsoft account. I can access it outside of genesys, but when I add it to a script page using Chrome, it does not load.

If I open Genesys in microsoft edge, the embedded form will load. Anybody have any experience with this?

    Hey Nick,

Are there any extensions running on Chrome? I'm wondering if you there is something that is blocking that info from loading.

The one thing I did come across, is sizing. I found that the form has a minimum width requirement, so if you increase the amount of room in the agent script that is available it should work.

Are you embedding it as a frame in the script or are you using a Client Apps integration to embed it, which is probably easiest to just resize the panel and refresh the frame.

    Eg, this doesn't load

Resize, then refresh the frame, not the whole page.

    Then it loads

    I am embedding the link

It doesnt even load in the script designer, however if I switch to Edge, it does.

Also, when I switch the form to anyone can respond, the embedded form loads.

    Hello Nick,

This certainly does seem like some odd behavior. You may want to capture some console and network logs while replicating the issue and open a case with our Customer Care team. If you do, please share the case number and what they are able to find in their investigation.
