    I know this has been mentioned in other threads but has anyone heard from their partner or happen to know what will happen on July 31st when the End of Support hits? We are in the process of our replacement and have hit some snags and wondering if there are any major worries we need to have with the date soon approaching. Thanks in advance for any input!

    From what I have heard is the licensing server will no longer authenticate, so it would be like running without a license. I believe that translates to only allowing one call at a time (based on my experience when our license lapsed years ago.)  I too have projects to replace in the pipeline and would like any insight into what happens if we do not complete our replacement/migration effort.

    Our PureConnect currently runs of a license file which includes permanent licenses, as well as subscription licenses. The subscription and the file expire at the end of June. At that point we will be replacing it with a license file which contains only the permanent licenses, which we own. We obtained this permanent license file from Genesys recently, in preparation for the EoL.

    That license file has no expiration , so we can potentially run the PureConnect system as long as we want. Obviosly this will be without any support, on our own rsik.

    Agree with this answer- PureConnect should be able to run- as long as support isnt needed.

    Additionally, I'm assuming this community will stay active for folks to reach out if they get stuck.

    @Matt Lawson, can you confirm?

    Hey Paul and PureConnect Fans,

    To my knowledge, once the End of Support hits, PureConnect and ALL of its references will be removed from Genesys sites, and that includes the Community. :(

    Cheers,

    Matt
