    Hi, I´d like to know if someone could help me to understand what's teh difference between GC CX Analytics and Genesys Engage On-Primises Analytics.

    Hi Eduardo,

    That's a very broad question!  Genesys Cloud and Genesys Engage are two different platforms, so although a lot of the outcomes are similar it is dependent on what you are looking at as to what the differences are.

    Do you have any specifics that you are looking into?

    Hi Samuel,

    I don't really have a specific question. One of our customers is migrating from Genesys Engage to Genesys Cloud and asked about the change in terms of analytics. I looked for specific content on Genie2.0 that compared analytics in the 2 platforms, but I couldn't find it.

    Hi Eduardo,

    You would probably need to compare the existing reports the customer is using to the Performance views/exports available to see what would be equivalent to the current reports.  If they are using custom reporting, then it would also be worth reviewing the Developer Center and reviewing the available metrics for Analytics.
