  • 1.  Error Codes 30006, 30003, and 30005

    Posted 09-29-2023 09:22

    Hello,

I am currently working on a project related to Genesys and would greatly appreciate your assistance in retrieving reports or finding a method within Genesys to access the following error codes.  We need to determine where these error codes exist and explore the feasibility of receiving notifications.

    1. Error 30006: Landline or unreachable carrier - This error code signifies that the number you attempted to message belongs to a landline. Utilizing this error can aid in the removal of landlines from your mobile contact list or alternatively, employing Twilio's Lookup API to verify if the number is indeed a landline.

    2. Error 30003: The destination handset you are trying to reach is switched off or unavailable.

    3. Error 30005: Unknown destination handset - This error suggests that the number you attempted to message is no longer in service.

I would be extremely grateful for any insights, tips, or guidance you can provide regarding how to access and work with these error codes in Genesys.

    Thank you,

    Rob

Hello, we are seeking to retrieve the reports or find a way to view the error codes. Our request is based on a Remediation Email received from Genesys.  Within the email, specific error rates were outlined, including the following:

    • Error 30006: Landline or unreachable carrier. This indicates that the number you attempted to message belongs to a landline. You can utilize this error to remove landlines from your mobile contact list or use Twilio's Lookup API to verify if the number is a landline.
    • Error 30003: The destination handset you are trying to reach is switched off or unavailable.
    • Error 30005: Unknown destination handset. This suggests that the number you attempted to message is no longer in service.

We would like to inquire if it is possible to access or view the error rates.
