Utilizing this error can aid in the removal of landlines from your mobile contact list or alternatively, employing Twilio's Lookup API to verify if the number is indeed a landline.
2. Error 30003: The destination handset you are trying to reach is switched off or unavailable.
3. Error 30005: Unknown destination handset - This error suggests that the number you attempted to message is no longer in service.
