We have occasionally sent this as well. There was an issue with roles and permissions that caused the lookup to not pick up all the roles assigned to the user. This is now fixed. If you get it, try logging out and logging into a new browser session. If you continue to get the message, open a CARE ticket so they can check on roll out of that fix
