  • 1.  Errors Importing historical data

    So, I have downloaded and attempted to use the template provided in Genesys Cloud and I keep getting errors regarding the headers. 

    I have not changed these at all from the template, and I have just put data around it to test an Import in our development/testy environment.

    Any Ideas why I would be receiving this error?
