Hi John,
Yes, the Historical Data Import feature does not support the spaces in the file name. Please remove the spaces in the file name, it should work.
Thanks

Hi - I'd try removing the spaces in the file name, I remember having the same issue months ago and this seems to have worked for me.

I guess I should have included the filename itself.
"historical data t.csv"
Microsoft Excel Comma Separated Values File (.csv)
is the file type.

Subject: Errors Importing historical data
Hello,
I am looking to import some historical data for forecasting testing in deployment of Genesys Cloud and seem to be receiving the same error message no matter what I do.
I have used the template for importing historical queue data and updated this with our data. (I am currently using a small 1 week sample to ensure this is working properly)
I am getting an error for "Filename contains invalid characters"
I am using the following formatting:
Intervals Start | Queue | Media Type | Skill Set | Language | Offered | Interactions Handled | Total Handle Time |
2025-01-21T09:15:00 | DDMI CS | VOICE | | | 8 | 8 | 532 |
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
