Hello Naga,
It looks like you are encountering a few different errors. For example, it looks like there was an attempt to call a number on the DNC list and some call attempts were rate limited. Also, one thing of note, January 4th was 197 days ago. I would recommend checking your configurations, and if you still run into this issue, reach out to Customer Care with some console and network logs.

we found some error& warning messages in Event Viewer in Outbound. Can anyone explain what it is meant and how to check that particular number or error mentioned in the message.
- Thursday, July 18, 2024 4:54 PM----->Warning----->DNC List----->One or more invalid phone numbers have been attempted for DNC list "DNC". "{{dialer.MOBILE}}" is an example of one of these invalid numbers.
Thursday, July 18, 2024 3:22 PM-------->Error----->Import Error-----> Failed to import for the contact list "DNC" because some of the import data was invalid.
Thursday, July 18, 2024 3:08 PM------>Warning------>Import Error------->Failed to import for the DNC list "DNC" because the value for ExpirationDateTime exceeds max duration of 180 days.
(Though the max expiration date we mentioned in the DNC list is 4th January 2025, we are facing this warning message)
Thursday, July 18, 2024 7:37 PM------->Warning------>Campaign-------->The campaign "RT_COLLECTION" with contact list "RT_COLLECTION LIST" was throttled because it processed too many contacts consecutively that could not be dialed (this usually indicates a misconfiguration, such as a misconfigured callable time set or DNC list).
