  • 1.  Evaluation Dispute

    Are there other dispute deadlines to be aware of other than the agent needs to dispute within 45 days?  

    We recently had and agent dispute an evaluation 14 days after being released to her.  Due to vacations, it took the evaluator/supervisor/agent more than 45 days to go through the dispute process and have the dispute marked as complete.  It is in an "In Review" evaluation status but it is not in anyone's inbox.  We have checked the evaluators, supervisors and agent's inbox.

    Hi Tonya, have you looked at the Dispute settings in the Form? There are 3 different path options when resolving disputes. Option 1 is it goes back to the original evaluator. Option 2 is the dispute gets assigned to an individual. Option 3 is leave unassigned.
