    Hi there -

    Is there anyway to add a filter "evaluator" on this view?

     I understand once you click into the agents name then you can see various filters like this.

    Ideally I would like to switch these filters so we can see Agent, Score, Evaluator, Assignee, Review and Comments without clicking into the specific agent. Thank you in advance!

    Hi @Caitlyn Petrousek,

    You can't see the evaluator on the Agent Evaluations Summary view as the the agents could have multiple evaluations by different evaluators, so that information is only available within the Agent Evaluation Details view. You can export the summary view with the details though.

    It is possible to view most of this information in the Interactions view.  If you filter the interactions by "Has Evaluation" and add the columns required under "Evaluations".  I believe the only column that is not available there is the Comments
