Hi Charlie and Addison,
The time exports take to run is dependent on a few different factors. Volume of metrics, date range and other reports being run at the same time.
The Export best practices advises to try running the reports in off-peak times such as 10mins after the hour etc as most people will run their exports on the hour and this will reduce the load on the APIs.
If the exports are low volumes, short date ranges and run off of peak times, then it may be worth raise a case with care to investigate, but this is usually caused by one or more of the above.

Our team is experiencing this same issue where exports are taking 10 minutes to load.

Hello Charlie,
Is this happening on just your machine or is it happening on all stations that you use? I haven't seen any other reports of a delay with our exporting process.

Subject: Exported Reports are very slow
Good afternoon,
Has anyone else had any trouble with reporting exporting incredibly slow? I'm trying to export my Abandon Stats from October and I usually click the inbox icon then the export arrow to get to the report I just exported and it's typically available within seconds but for some reason, today, it took the report 10 minutes to export. It's incredibly frustrating.
Has anyone else had issues with this recently?
