  • 1.  Exporting schedule data via APIs in WEM

    Greetings,

    I'm sorry if this has been asked before - I did a search but didn't find relevant results.

    Our analytics team is trying to generate some reporting for agents and adherence for our supervisors and other stakeholders to access. However, we were unable to find any useful documentation for how to access these APIs. I'm also a little confused on what I've been told before. I know the data is there and accessible, but I believe this data is paywalled behind the WEM add-on for A3S I believe. I am aware of the export via the schedule view - this is not sufficient for the reporting we're trying to build at this time.

    Are you referring to these API's? https://developer.genesys.cloud/useragentman/workforcemanagement/

    There are Developer Guides and Forums on the left side.
