May I ask a dumb follow up question - is there an OOTB policy taking care of removing/archiving/deleting contacts older than a certain time?

Hi, I'd like to know what behaviour to expect if I reached the maximum amount of external contacts and then tried to create a new one.
Would this overwrite the oldest external contact, reject the creation of a new contact or do something else?
