The old CSV bulk import experience has now been retired.
We want to clarify a miscommunication in our release notes. It was incorrectly stated that the old experience would remain active for 90 days. The correct duration is 60 days, as previously communicated with the community in this post.
We apologize for any confusion and encourage all Genesys Cloud customers to use the new CSV bulk import experience and share their feedback.
