  • 1.  Flow Outcome support for Voicemail architect flow?

    I started playing around with some of the things one can do in the newly editable Voicemail flow in Architect, such as providing an OOO style 'press 1 to talk to my sup or backup' option ahead of certain user mailboxes, and I was saddened to find that Flow Outcomes are not available in this flow type. I was really hoping to initialize an outcome right before the user greeting plays, and mark it as a success after the greeting ends and the system begins waiting for the caller to talk -- allowing us to track how many callers hang up during the voicemail greeting versus actually leaving a message.

    Please vote up this idea and maybe we can get some voicemail outcomes in our future :)

    I know I can track these events with participant data and external tags, but those are just not the same as outcomes when trying to get in-app statistics on events like this.

    No traction yet on the linked Idea.

    It looks like your best option will be the Flow Execution History feature which is released for Bot flows and under development for other flow types.
