Hello, we had an agent who's font has auto changed to Symbol. This is for everything she types in bold chat desktop and her email signature, which shows sin admin in English, also auto adds in Symbol font. I have checked all the settings and can't locate why it would do this.

I'll ask around with the team, but just to check: has the agent tried multiple browsers and do they experience the same thing?
