I was just wondering has anybody already raised and answers were already received from Genesys/Developer why the Forecast Offered is showing as decimal numbers and not as a whole numbers. Interval wise, even if there's minimal volume, it should still results to when and what interval the calls is mostly received.

While nOffered is whole number, as call volume should be, then why in forecasting, Offered is different in format and scattered in most intervals, even showing less than 0.

At least in Multi-Cloud, the result is in whole number as it should be, and FTE requirement is just either .5 or 1, whereas in Pure Cloud, is a lot different.

Is this already part of any enhancement or near future development, I wish it can be looked into, thank you.

Time series forecasting does not produce whole numbers. We produce results with a reasonable amount of precision. '...even showing less than 0' - if you mean a value of 0.something, then that is more than 0 and also valid.
