  • 1.  Forecast Service Level

    Hi Team, 

    The system has the new Staffing requirements, which indicate based on what we configured the FTE's needed per week, is there any option to also see the forecasted Service Level? I know that on the Intraday monitoring does show, but not in the next 1, 2 or 3 months ahead which is what we are looking, to check our company's resource planning and be able to plan properly.

    Hi Jairo, we will be launching a new module called capacity planning targeting end of Q3 this year which will include available agents so we can do additional calculations on top of "required staff".  The first release will include over/unders and then later on, after that release we will be adding performance prediction, so it's definitely on the roadmap.
