I am asking about Work Items being supported in WFM Forecasting and Scheduling. Currently, in the Media Type a Work Item option is not available in the Planning Groups.  I saw a PDF back in 2023 that this would be available in early 2024.  I am unsure if this is available and, if not, when.  We would like to use Work Items as an option for Walk-in and be able to schedule front desk staff based on the foot traffic.

Roadmap was originally for end of year for workitem forecasting and scheduling.  Looks like slated now for 6/23/2025.
