  • 1.  Forecasting Screen UI Question

    Could anyone tell me if an update was pushed out to change the forecast screen?

    I used to be able to put a side by side up of my Genesys Cloud desktop app & my spreadsheet to input the data in a spreadsheet (I understand there's an export option, but it'll take too much time to clean up the data).

    However, I have noticed there's this rather large gap in each column now so I'm unable to see the call volume & interval at the same time. 

    Is there a way to get the old set up back? Is this temporary?

    How far I have to scroll to get the forecasted call volume - but I can no longer see what interval each number is for:

    Hi Jacqueline, 

    We have not pushed any updates to the forecasting UI. Genesys has a policy that requires us to communicate UI changes to our users before rolling them out. Have you changed anything with your desktop, like resolution or a new monitor? 

    Unfortunately, the columns can not be resized, but you can make them smaller by enabling actuals or the historical overlays in the forecast. This will force the columns to resize.
