Are you sure you didn't remember seeing that in the Canned Responses: Format canned responses - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)
Those can contain source code. I don't remember any source code being in Articles. I would be happy if we could actually show the formatting options we have in Messaging and Agent Assist correctly.

Previous to several weeks ago I was able to embed source codes into knowledge base articles as the resource center directs here but recently this feature seems to have disappeared. Does anyone know of another way to embed source codes?
