  • 1.  From desktop script need to call Conversation API to hold call with button

    From User desktop need we call Conversation API to hold a call 

    API : https://api.mypurecloud.com.au/api/v2/conversations/calls/{conversationsID}/participants/{ParticipantID}

    Above API only accept Authorization_code Token. So is there any Genesys feature available to get Token as User already logged in at desktop & cookies holding that token?

    Please help here?

    Now I am trying to access API from widget and using attached HTML to get token but getting warning : Loading failed for the <script> with source "https://sdk-cdn.mypurecloud.com.au/javascript-client-apps/latest/client-apps.min.js"

    And error: Uncaught TypeError: window.purecloud is undefined

    You probably noticed that you didn't get much response to your question.
