    A few days ago I was able to access the GCAPtains community, but now I can't access it or the messages I wrote. Is there a problem, or have the access criteria changed?

    Hi,

    I also had the GCAPtain badge last week, but it's now gone.  I'm not sure how I got it and why it's gone now:)  Is there any documentation on those ribbons? I couldn't find anything related in the 'Achievers Lounge'.

    Hey guys! 

    So last week a bunch of ribbons got assigned to the wrong people. And then it was sorted out. I'm not sure what your advocacy level is in the new GCAP program, but if you're curious you can email them and ask! (advocacy@genesys.com) And yes, thank you, Anton - that's the link to see your level and which ribbon you should have based on your engagement with them :)

    Hi Nicole,

    Thank you for clarifying the situation, as it is exactly what I thought in the first place. :) I'm guessing there was also an arrangement regarding ribbon prioritization, as the 'Partner' was my default and is now replaced with the 'GCAP Member'.
